She provides a rare fusion of analytical problem solving and creative design thinking, deep-tech literacy, ESG, sustainability and green-tech know-how. Iris also has hands-on product and service development experience and is a natural engineer.
A keynote speaker and think-tank contributor on sustainability and digital transformation, Iris is now channelling the breadth of her expertise into Arcayia's IP suite.

Scott brings three decades of offshore, oil & gas and alternative energy expertise. As President and Chair of the Mining Institute of Scotland (MIS), he provides rigorous industry and technical guidance alongside deep sector knowledge.
